If you’re here, you’re in the right place—whether you’re just beginning your grief journey or have been walking it for a while. In May of 2020, my husband of 17 years passed away from cancer, leaving me to navigate life on my own while raising three teenagers. I felt overwhelmed, alone, and completely lost—but I also knew I didn’t want to stay there.

As I began doing the hard work of processing my grief, I experienced real, life-changing healing. I learned that while grief is something we carry, it doesn’t have to control our lives forever. There is a way forward—and that journey is what led me here.

I am a certified grief recovery specialist, the author of Widow Goals: Steps to Finding Peace When You Lose Your Spouse and the Widow Goals Workbook, and for the past five years I’ve hosted the Widowed 2 Soon podcast and led the Widowed 2 Soon online community—walking alongside thousands of widows as they navigate life after loss.

6-Week Coaching Program
This program is designed for widows who want focused, intentional support as they begin taking steps forward. Over six weeks, we meet one-on-one each week at a consistent time. Together, we will process your grief, identify where you feel stuck, and begin applying practical tools to help you move forward in a healthy, supported way.

Each session builds on the last, giving you both emotional support and actionable steps between sessions. This is a great option if you’re ready to start making progress but prefer a shorter commitment.

12-Week Coaching Program
This is a deeper, more transformational experience for widows who want ongoing support and lasting change. Over twelve weeks, we meet one-on-one each week, allowing more time to gently work through your grief, unpack layers of loss, and rebuild different areas of your life.

This program gives you the space to not only process your grief, but also begin rediscovering your identity, rebuilding routines, and creating a future you can feel hopeful about again. With more time together, we are able to go deeper, move at your pace, and create meaningful, lasting progress.
